He is the unlucky one. He dies in a differnet violent way in each episode (except for the Christmas episode.) He is poor and lives in a run-down shack with his poor drunk family. His dad is the drunkard,
his mom wears a shirt pointing at her husband saying "I'm with stupid." He muffles when he speaks (making it completely impossible to understand what he is saying, but everyone in Southpark understands him), and we are left only to guess at what he has said. No one ever saw Kenny without his hood, except at the end of the South park movie where he removed his hood and looked like a dork; like Pip the french kid. Click here to see Kenny un-hooded.
