David Boreanaz was born May 16, 1971 in Buffalo, New York. He began acting in Ithaca College in NYC and upon graduation moved to Hollywood in hopes of starting a career. In Hollywood, he took on such odd jobs as valet parking and house painting while he waited for casting auditions. In 93', he landed a small role in "Married... with Children", but it wasn't until three years later, in 97', that he landed his big role in the WB hit series "Buffy." Boreanaz gained an enormous amount of recognition and popularity while on "Buffy." So much so that he spawned his own spin-off show, "Angel", from his character on the show. He also starred in the suspence-thriller Valentine, where he played ... the drunk boyfriend.
